Halloween Man is a new fragrance that appears on the market in 2012. It is announced as a very attractive fresh oriental fragrance with woody accents that will enchant you with its notes. A man who chooses this scent does not fall under stereotypes, does not follow the trends and is not afraid of anything. The real similarity here contributing to the Frankenstein DNA courtesy of Salvatore F. Is the creamy dessert like texture. HM Shot is in the same ballpark as the two mentioned but it has enough of it's own character to not be (too) redundant. That ballpark means it's a slightly spicy date night frag, but the dry down is where they all show their distinct character. For Halloween Man it goes more powdery which makes it fresher, a little less mature and not as dark as the other two. It kind of reminds me of baby powder (which isn't a criticism). Being cheaper it has a slightly sharper opening but it is by no means harsh or cheap smelling. HM Shot is really a nice casual and inoffensive cool weather scent that performs reasonably well (lasts a solid 4-6 hrs). It's inviting without being cloying or choking anyone out. Leans more masculine and on the younger side but middle age can easily pull it off. Great dumb reach for cooler months. Halloween Man X smells like you've worn Emporio Armani Stronger With You Intensely or any of Uomo/Uomo Signature by Salvatore Ferragamo and walked into a coffee shop. Your fragrance mixed with the shop's coffee aroma and smells like Halloween Man X. I agree that after applying this, you should let it rest for about one hour before heading out, since it literally fills the room. I might change my routine to just 3 sprays (1 to clothes, 2 to skin) for this fragrance since it is so strong. And as i stated earlier, i'd say this fragrance has HEALTHY life cycle of 8-10hours, after that the strongest base- and middlenotes keep on existing, deprived from all the sweetness, not in so glamorous nor good-smelling way.Opening is a warm, sweet, and spicy blast of coffee. The coffee note is instantly recognizable, followed by a decent dose of cardamom and a little touch of brightness from the lemon and lavender. In the dry down the coffee is still the strongest note, but you also get sweetness from the tonka and amber along with a small amount of leather, whiskey, and cinnamon. I also get a little bit of a chocolate vibe as well, but it's probably just a combination of the other notes doing that. The coffee really overpowers everything else though. I don't get any of the mineral or incense notes. The comparisons to Salvatore Ferragamo's Uomo Signature are pretty spot on, it's a very close match. Also, the comparisons to Axe's Dark Temptation are pretty close too. This is really good. Nothing amazing, but a solid daytime casual scent, probably best for cooler weather. I don't get any of the citrus or lavender on my skin, which isn't a big deal for me. I mostly get the apple and pepper blended with oakmoss, with a little bit of cardamom and sandalwood and a small trace of rosemary.

Take some burnt coffee and add heaping spoonfuls of sugar to make it drinkable. Now mix this with a couple sprays of LNDL and you have Halloween Man X. Smells synthetic but that helps to boost the performance. Doesn't smell anywhere near as well composed as LNDL but hey at least people will be able to smell this as YSL's L'Homme and La Nuit renowned for terrible performance. We're talking the situations you'd wear it, affordability, scent profile with the coffee and sweetness, juice quality and finally performance, but the list could continue. The Perfume does not have much of a trail, it is always almost a personal bubble, you have to be close to other people so they feel your presence. Due to its low cost, I have no problems in over applying it, in this way I can be noticed in closed environments. I would say it is for all seasons. but only with low heat. or middle cold weather. My personal favorite from the Halloween line (stupid name but who cares - it's about the juice) and unique. It's definitely not a clone of anything but has similarities to Carolina Herrera, and Valentino fragrances. Perhaps closer to Zara 9.0 since that's a Valentino clone but fresher.

The opening almost has a sweet floral vibe which is the lemon daiqari, iris and sage mixing giving that effect, which gives it a classy gentleman vibe, the dry down I smell the cardamom, powdery iris, bit of pepper, amber and a hint of the boozy lemon from the opening. The longevity is about 6 hours, projects well for the first 2 hours. HMS reacts really well with hydrated skin and a bit of vasoline on the spots you are going to spray which improves its performance noticeably. Then later on, Halloween changes its form into a very creamy vanillic scent with spiced fruits which leaning towards sweet side. On the other hand, One Million arrives into a powdery aroma that isn't really sweet. I guess this powdery finish comes from the floral aroma and this is definitely not sweet candy type scent, but rather a soapy kind. The opening smells exactly like a coffee shop and then the first settling smell you will notice a twist to the original Halloween man. Once it is completely settle after 5 to 10 minutes, the dry down smells exactly like Creed's Vanille Sublime. I am a huge fan of them to get the same effect that Creed's Vanille Sublime had on me for that extremely low cost is insane. Monster Mash: This happens often an awful lot. Not only is the main character a monster, but he's run across the Invisible Man, a thinly veiled version of the Gill-Man, various types of vampires, and most recently a descendant of both Dr. Frankenstein and Dr. Moreau.

After the initial blast, ginger, green apple, cinnamon, frankincense, and the leather accord dominate. I'm a bit disturbed by the watery/ozonic note gliding along underneath- it lubricates and cools when I would prefer things to stay a bit warmer and drier. I suppose it was added to freshen the apple note, but I think this fragrance would do better if it was turned down more than a wee bit (especially as, in tandem with the white musk and fruity notes, it also keenly reminds me of "the B&B vibe"). But it's an interesting take on a fruity oriental, with leather, gourmand and basic fougere elements included as well, giving a nod to 80's powerhouses without venturing too far in that direction. Uniqueness: 8.0 (preetty unique, considering the distance sustained with the 4 mentioned fragrances but not far enough from them) The first aromatic-aquatic appeared in 1991, making this signature a relative newcomer to the fragrance world. The herbaceous notes are brightened with cooling seaside tones, resulting in a salty, rugged freshness. When this particular product is first applied, grapefruit, ginger and lemon are recognisable. Next middle notes of sage, lavender, waterlily and marine notes take the spotlight. At last a deluge of amber, moss, cashmeran and patchouli soars in to round out the olfactory experience. (Cashmeran is a synthetic used to enhance woody-muskiness.) Jesus del Pozo Fragrances: Price UK I like the slightly sweet alcohol note and the lavender/ violet leaf in this… Makes it a bit more tamed and not as in your face as 1 Million can be.

First things first this isn’t a terrible fragrance but to me this is not good by any means. ( even regarding the price) Well, i tried it for some days and i'm a bit disappointed, this is literally Azzaro The Most Wanted / Stronger With You with an added coffee note, that's it :/, the differences are really minimal. It also has a really similar vibe to Axe Dark Temptation. Performance: 7.8/10 Honestly lasts pretty long. The sillage is moderate to big, although this isnt saying much since I feel bad for anybody who has to smell this stuff. Works brilliant in autum, winter and even early spring (reduce sprays accordingly) especially works well for hangouts at your local coffee shop, date nights and even weddings. Now, the dry down is the phase where you could tell the differences between them. Halloween's dry down is very heavy on vanilla and musk, while One Million's dry down leans more towards leather and patchouli. In conclusion, Halloween tends to have much sweeter and brighter aroma, while One Million has more spicy and darker vibe.
